Mr. Tengdin joined Allison-Williams in 1952
and has spent his entire career selling investments to and developing
products for institutional investors. He became one of the pioneers in the
trading of private placement securities and expanded Allison-Williams’
operations into the institutional private placement marketplace. In 1977,
he was elected President of Allison-Williams and subsequently became
Chairman of the Board in 1987. Mr. Tengdin served in the U.S. Air Force
and earned a BA degree in economics and psychology from St. Olaf College
(MN) in 1952, and completed the Investment Banking Studies program at the Wharton School of Finance.
In July 2002, Mr. Tengdin achieved his 50-year anniversary with Allison-Williams Company!
