principal in real estate transactions, and has completed well over $100
million in purchases and/or sales of properties. We typically
maintain an inventory of properties that may change frequently. Many
of our properties have been high quality credit tenant leased retail or
office projects. In many cases we have been able to provide an asset
to satisfy an IRS Code 1031 Exchange requirement to assist real estate
investors in deferring taxes from other real estate sales. Given our
experience in this area, we can also advise real estate investors that
seek to maximize their after-tax returns from sale and purchase of real
